We are implementing a new program in our office. It is a new patient incentive program called "Wired Rewards". The purpose of this program is to motivate and reward you for being on time to scheduled appointments, having good oral hygiene with nothing loose or broken, and wearing your elastics as instructed. We feel this new program will help you to complete your Orthodontic treatment in an ideal, fun and timely fashion.
All of our patients will be given a "punch card". The punch card is used to keep track of the punches you have earned. We are asking you to bring in your punch card to each of your regularly scheduled appointments. During your appointments you will be able to earn punches on your card. The punch values are listed on the back of the punch card. The punches you have earned can be used toward prizes.
We are setting some guidelines pertaining to this program in order to make it easy to understand and enjoyable for everyone. If a punch card is lost we will reissue a new card but the punches earned on the last card will be lost. Essentially, we are making it our patients' responsibility to bring in their card and to keep track of their punches.
We have a variety of prizes at different point levels. You may turn in your punch card at any time. We will have a prize display up at the front desk. Punches may be redeemed for prizes at the front desk when you make your next appointments. We will simply cut off the portion of punches from the card you are redeeming.
We hope this new program will be an enjoyable way to help motivate and reward you during your orthodontic treatment. Good luck earning your punches!
